Introductory Pricing
When you subscribe before October 31st, you lock in our introductory pricing for up to one year: $12 USD/month or $99 USD/year.

UXRConf Anywhere
Tickets for UXRConf Anywhere are not included in your subscription to this platform./month or $99 USD/year.

FAQ
What is UXRC?
UXRC—AKA the UXR Collective, is a small group dedicated to accessible learning in user research. We know UX researchers make the world a better place, and we’re looking to become the partner those researchers need.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time in the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top right of this platform. Once there, scroll to “Subscription & Payment”, and hit “UNSUBSCRIBE".

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
When you unsubscribe from your subscription plan, you will continue to have access to the platform’s content until the end of your subscription term. You’ll lose access to any lowered rates such as our introductory pricing.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment from major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

My payment method wasn’t accepted.
Please make sure your billing details match your card details. We recommend using a credit card as opposed to a Debit VISA or Debit Mastercard. We do not accept prepaid cards. If you’re still having any difficulties, please reach out to rebecca@UXRCollective.com.

I didn’t get a payment receipt.
All receipts are sent to your verified email address. If you still have not received your receipt after 24 hours, please contact rebecca@UXRCollective.com.

The video doesn’t play in my browser.
If you run into any video issues, we recommend first ensuring your browser is up to date, that you’ve cleared your cache, and that your browser doesn’t have any extensions or plugins that disable video playing.

Can I engage directly with the speakers?
We’re still working on building out community features. That being said, we do link out to speakers’ social media profiles in their talk details pages. If you see a link to their profile, feel free to reach out.

Can I download the content?
No, you cannot download the talks themselves. However, some speakers have included supporting materials like transcripts that you can download to your heart’s content!

Can I share the content with friends and colleagues?
We’d love it if you shared content previews from our Youtube page! Click here to check out our UXRClips playlist on Youtube.

How can I meet other researchers on the platform?
We have big plans for built-in community features that will help you meet like-minded researchers. For example, we’re planning to incorporate comment sections directly into the platform. We’re also hosting our Community Connections program once a month to directly facilitate new connections. For now, please feel free to join our year-round UXRC Community Slack Workspace. Sign up via this link.

What is the Community Connections program?
Our Community Connections program is a monthly event where our team places participants in small groups to foster meaningful research connections. Once you’re placed in a group of researchers, what you do is fairly open-ended; you can connect on our community Slack, watch our talks together, or simply chat and see what happens!

Can I turn off the closed captions?
For now, all of our videos have open captions that cannot be switched off. However, we’re working on giving you the option to toggle them on and off.
